Bio

Graduate in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and PDG from IESE, he was the founder and president of the Valencian Association of Startups until January 2019. During his extensive career, he has been Director General of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Generalitat Valenciana, as well as head of the Telefónica OpenFuture ScaleUp program. In his last year of his career, he also founded the technology company VSoft. He is a member of Fundación LAB Mediterráneo.

Summary

Raúl Martín, Director of People and Systems at Grupo Martínez and CEO of KM ZERO Food Innovation Hub, moderated the round table of the third informative session of the LAB Mediterráneo Foundation, “Open Innovation as a business strategy”. In it, he highlighted the current situation of companies, which are increasingly implementing more open innovation programs or strategies to find new improvements to corporate challenges faster and more quickly.
