Javier Quesada

Degree in Economics from the University of Valencia and Ph. D. in Economics from the University of Cincinnati (Ohio). He has been Professor of Economic Analysis at the University of Valencia until September 2021, Director General of Economics of the Generalitat Valenciana (1995-1998) and Director of the Valencian Agency of Science and Technology of the Generalitat Valenciana (1999-2003). He was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University (1985-1986). Executive President of Fundación Valenciana Premios Rei Jaume I.

 

Consuelo Mínguez

Graduate in Economics, specialized in Economic Analysis (2016) and Master in Economics, specialized in International Economics, from the Universitat de Valência (2017). During her studies she joined the Ivie on an internship contract, and since 2017 she has worked as a research technician at the Ivie. She has participated in several national and international projects (DICTA, PREDICT) funded by the European Union.

 

Fernando Canós

Born in Castellón in 1964. Postgraduate Master's Degree in Business Administration. Professionally linked to Banco Sabadell for 36 years, where he has developed his entire career, he has held positions of responsibility in different departments, managing the Main Office of Murcia, the Business Area of Alicante/Murcia, the Business Office of Castellón, the Business Area of Castellón. He has also been the Commercial Director of the Valencia Regional Office, which encompasses the territorial areas of Castellón, Valencia and the north of Alicante, and has been the Commercial Director of the Eastern Territorial Office, which encompasses the Community of Valencia, the Region of Murcia and the Balearic Islands. He currently holds the position of Director of the Eastern Territory, which covers the Valencia region, the Murcia region and the Balearic Islands.

 

Héctor Dominguis

He is a Materials Engineer from Imperial College London and holds an MSc. College London and holds an MSC Management degree from Surrey University. He also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from ESADE and a Management Development Programme (PDD) from IESE.

In 2010 he received the Innovator of the Year award from the Valencian Community by the newspaper El Mundo and the award for the Entrepreneur of the Year of the Valencian Community and Murcia by Ernst & Young. During the period 2021-23, he held the presidency of the Spanish Nuclear Society (SNE) and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Valencian Association of Entrepreneurs, Vice President of the LAB Mediterranean Foundation, independent director of Guzman Global SA. and independent director of Umbrella Solar Investment SA.

 

Matilde Mas

Degree and Ph. D. in Economics from the University of Valencia, Professor of Fundamentals of Economic Analysis until September 2021. She is Emeritus Professor at the University of Valencia and Director of International Projects at the Ivie. She is co-director of the DIGITES project (DIGital Technologies Segment data) of the Joint Research Centre Directorate B of the European Commission. She has been the coordinator of the SPINTAN project (Smart public intangibles) of the 7th Framework Programme of the European Union. She is a co-author of eighty-eight books and book chapters and has published more than ninety articles in specialized journals. Grand Cross for Merit in the Service of the Economy of the General Council of Economists of Spain (2020), she is a member of The Cotec 100, a member of the Advisory Council for Economic Affairs (First Vice-Presidency of the Government and Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation) and a member of the Economic and Social Council (CES) of Spain. In January 2023 she was proposed as an expert on The Productivity Institute Lab of the United Kingdom.
